Knock Me Out 03:32
Let’s take a ride tonight Asleep at the wheel In my own paradise All I wanna feel Why would anyone ever come down Swimming like I don’t care if I drown My private heaven My crazed obsession Think nothing as I throw my life away For one chance to forget The morning sunrise Turns counter-clockwise They say that sometimes wounds are worth the scars Just knock me out as long as I see stars No reason to snap out of it now Don't care if I'm six feet underground Watch the collision Through blurry vision Die laughing as I throw my life away Just to hear you say "I'll never leave you" And I'll believe you They’ll say that sometimes wounds are worth the scars Just knock me out as long as I see stars

Eye of a storm that lasts forever Sunshine I don’t think I remember When we both decide To leave it all behind Risk it all on something undefined I’ve never felt so alive I’ll close my eyes and dream about us looking out Over oceans of halos, all intertwined We’ll watch the clouds show us the future While the hours melt away on pacific standard time But will the rain come down forever? We’ll lie in your bed Not thinking far ahead Never feel uncomfortable again Never feel this way again We'll float away into the distance unaware Of the endless disasters we've left behind We’ll see the future like a rocket to the sun Climbing higher than redwoods, sweeter than wine Sky fades to black, the day is ending as the clouds Fade away and the stars begin to align It wouldn’t matter if the world came to an end If we’re here on pacific standard time

Scam Likely 01:50
I've seen it in my mind Like a lucid dream When I close my eyes I see the end I've seen it in the sky Like a loaded gun Scarcity my only friend Don't think anyones ever moved this fast But all I wanna do is hit the gas It's not a coincidence That the future lied to me It's not a coincidence That it's getting hard to breathe, oh no no no It's not a coincidence In a world where nothing's free It's really not a coincidence Just a happy ending never meant to be
5.
We'll never go to Japantown again We'll never sing karaoke again We'll never ride the L train again You don't seem to mind You don't seem to mind You don't seem to care Goodbye
6.
Do you know who I am Put some respect on my name I've been here for years I never did it for fame I would have quit a long time ago If I ever thought I'd be like you With your silver spoon electric chair Your apathetic stomach flu Do you know who I am Put some respect on my name Do you know who I am Put some respect on my name
7.
We broke the curse, the worst is over The weight of the world is off my shoulders It almost feels like the old days Before the flowers turned grey We found the key, the door is open The lock no longer broken We broke the curse the worst is over The weight of the world is off my shoulders Spent my whole life passed out, now I'm finally awake We broke the curse the worst is over

about

'Pacific Standard Time' is the third installment in a series of releases from The Migraine Aura.

P.S.T. is special as it represents a new era in the bands sound as songwriter/composer A.J. Dudick steps to the forefront & for the first time, puts his own voice to the lyrics he has crafted.

With A.J. taking command of the vocal responsibilities, a new side of The Migraine Aura is revealed.

The connection to each message contains immense feeling & the record closes off with the track “The Broken Curse“ in which Dudick states, “we broke the curse, the worst is over”.

about

The Migraine Aura Tacoma, Washington

☠️ The Migraine Aura is the brainchild of songwriter & composer A.J. Dudick.

Established in July of 2020 at the height of isolation, Dudick, as many other artists did, took the opportunity to begin creation of a psuedo collaborative effort.

In 2023, Dudick took over full time lead vocal duty ☠️
